Jesse R. Western
Jesse has been a member of the Hearing Improvement team since 1996. He originally was trained as a technician and has an intricate knowledge of how hearing aids are made and repaired. Jesse’s desire to work directly with the public led him to pursue his NBS-HIS license in the spring of 2002. His knowledge of every aspect of the hearing aid business has afforded him employment opportunities in large companies in the Mid-West. However, Jesse decided to remain in Utah, working at Hearing Improvement Center.
Jesse spends his time away from the office volunteering for Powder Mountain Ski Patrol and Boy Scouts of America. He has a deep love of the outdoors and enjoys camping and fishing with his family. He and his wife Laura, live in North Ogden with their eight children.
Jenny Dalebout
Patient Care Coordinator
Jenny has been helping customers at Hearing Improvement for 15 years. She enjoys visiting with patients and finds satisfaction in helping to improve their lives. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and dogs.
